By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the PRAligns Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notification: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security at support@praligns.com.
• Account Integrity: You may not share, sell, rent, or lease your account to any other person or entity.

PRAligns is an AI-powered intelligence platform that analyzes publicly available and licensed data to identify and rank Public Relations opportunities ("Signals").

Your Rights: Upon payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Our Ownership: All Company IP is and remains the exclusive property of PRAligns Intelligence Inc. or its licensors. You acquire no ownership rights in the Service or Signals by using the Platform.

User Content License: You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our software or AI models.
• Using the Service to develop a competing product or service.
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the Platform through automated means.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate the rights of others (e.g., defamation, intellectual property infringement).
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any access controls, security measures, or usage limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use terms.

Service "As Is": The Service and Signals are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Intelligence, Not Advice: Signals are AI-generated intelligence based on data analysis. They are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional public relations advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the Service's output.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRAligns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Total Liability Cap: Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
